Data Deletion Instructions

You have the right to delete your account and the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains how.

1. Delete your Oda account

You can delete your Oda account yourself:

  1. Open the Oda app or visit oda.do and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account, workspace content, and connected third-party tokens (Meta, Google, Stripe, etc.) will be removed within 30 days. Backups are purged within a further 60 days.

2. Disconnect a specific integration (e.g. Meta / Facebook / Instagram)

If you only want to revoke access for a specific connected platform without deleting your whole account:

Once disconnected, Odapyn immediately deletes the stored OAuth tokens for that platform.

3. Email request

If you cannot access your account, or you prefer to delete your data by email, send a short message from the email address associated with your Oda account to:

amine@odapyn.com

Include the words “Data deletion request” in the subject. We confirm deletion within one month as required by the GDPR.

4. What we delete

We retain only what we are legally required to keep (invoicing / accounting records, up to 10 years under French law).
